Admission Procedures
1.  Return your completed application with the $25 application fee to the school office along
with the following forms:

a. A copy of child's birth certificate
b. A recent photograph no larger than 3"x5"
c. Your signed Authorization for Request of Records form (if applicable).
d. A copy of most recent report card (if applicable)
e. A copy of most recent achievement testing results (if applicable)

At this time you may want to arrange for a school visit.
Test scores and current records (report cards, checklists, medical records, etc.) will be
requested from the applicant's current school.

2. After receipt of a completed application,
we may contact you to arrange a testing date for your child.  All prospective students will
require testing and some current students will require testing at certain developmental
stages.  There will be no charge for currently enrolled students. Testing fees are assessed all
new students applying for admission to kindergarten and first grade.

3.  Family Interview
One or both parents must be interviewed by the Head of school or/and a member of the
Admissions Committee. The Admission Committee usually consists of the Head of School, a
teacher, and a school board member.  You will be contacted to arrange an interview time.

4.  The Admissions Committee
will meet to review all pertinent information.  Final admission is determined by successful
completion of the admission process and is granted by the Admissions Committee.  The
Admissions Committee meets to review all pertinent student information: previous school
records, teacher recommendations and testing.  Once the committee has reached a decision
the family will be informed.

5.  Enrollment
Following acceptance, a contract for enrollment will be mailed to you. Please return it and the
nonrefundable registration fee within the stated time. The student is considered enrolled
when all forms are complete and financial commitments are made.  When received, your
child's space in the class will be secured.
